Helathy Living

                            In the current world,where everything is chasing everything.One cannot really understand for what they are chasing.The early man considered the biggest luxury was food and shelter.Now the luxuries have many names and many rates.In finding eternity in the current luxuries,man find himself lost on the basic necessities, eating good food and breathe clean air.My Grandparents ate the vegetables,rice,wheat from his own farm(which is not polluted by the current pesticides and insecticides) and had twenty varieties of trees in his backyard.The number of times they would had visited their entire lifetime,we do it in 6 months time period.
                            Man has lost his life discipline.The discipline what the body needs is not fulfilled.The balance between the body and mind is not kept.Everything is fast,everything is furious.Both the mind and the body is not able to keep pace with the situations.The worst human fails to have a proper food.All the work,we humans do for what?Its for the food.He earns money for food.He lives for food.But he forgets,that he does everything for food.
                            In olden days,any ailment was treated with medicine which was to go with food.These medicines were not Aspirin pills.They were the normal food consumed by everyone of us on day to day basis.They regulate the diet,so as to giving the body proper nutrition to revive faster and healthier.In current situation,everyone who has an ailment wants to go to doctor and get cured immediately.There is no time to give our body enough time to recover.People cannot afford to take a day off from the work.Same is our body. Committed to our necessity.It cant say NO.
                            In olden days man was more independent.Now man is more dependent.Some one has to learn every how to survive watching a television show.He is dependent on another human being for anything and everything.This lazy habit brooded to become some of the strange diseases everyone of us go through at one phase or another.One out of the four people are obese now.All these are happening just because everyone is losing the body and mind balance.How to eat nutritiously and stay healthy.Than eating all chemical medicines and finding new diseases on the process.Explore the world of vegetables,herbs and fruits.
                           Our ancestors are so kind that they have shared with us enough information on how strike this balance between body and mind.The same balance chord has to be struck with the nature too.Eat everything naturally.Make everything you eat by yourselves.Buy fresh meat and fish,not frozen.Avoid preserved food items.This will make people more healthier than they are.Try having a small garden at your backyard,balcony,terrace.Grow small vegetables and herbs.That gives you the right balance to survive this world.People forget this and search for answers in gyms,aerobics,dieting etc...
